Austin and I had class together my junior year. My father had just passed away but he reminded me of his doctor. He was brilliant, kind, and always fully engaged in whatever he was doing. At the end of the year, I practically begged Austin to let me sign his year book because, even though we weren't friends (we may not have ever even spoken), I wanted him to know that I believed in his future and recognized his ability to succeed in whatever he wanted to pursue.
Our community has suffered a great loss but remember that even in 20 short years, he left countless memories and touched so many lives.
I am praying for us all- especially for his family and friends. I hope that you can find peace in discovering the wonderful things he left behind.
